According to the camera Manual, this USB driver and other Richo software needs to be install in order to download the images from the camera. The following software is required Richo Gate L (sits on the icon tray) and Richo DU-10 which is an image viewer. Win88, Win98SE, WinME, Win2000 uses Richo Gate L except for Win XP.
