number 1 driver everybody is looking for. When unzip it will download driver hook up camera turn power on. go to my computer on desk top and find removable disk, open that and find two files (dcim) is for pictures and (mssony) is for movies. I hope you enjoy your sony dsc-p71 camera. i do. had a hard time finding this one, but am glad to share with you. E-mail me if any problems undercover42002@earthlink.net. I only try it on windows 98\98se and windows me all worked don't know about xp. I'm to poor to get a real computer. take care and god bless.
