The driver is for a 3com webcam model 3cp5098. Although the driver is originally for win98, but it works fine with windows Me, Windows 2000, and windows XP. To install it just click on the exe file which will be unzipped to c \3cp5098. Go to the mentioned directory and excute the setup.exe. Please note that in order for the driver to work, you have to disconnect the webcam and remove any previous installation. You would go to system in control panel and remove any unknown device.
