I captured this driver from Alaris a few years ago. At that time, they claimed that it would work for the Parallel Port camera for Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 and Windows 2000. I am currently attempting to re-install them on a Windows 2000 system, but it is not stable, yet. I read under the XP driver comments that there may be issues with DirectX ver 9.x The file weecam126.zip contains the 3 driver disk images, the manual in pdf format and a partial capture of their download page in html format. BTW. www.archive.org/web/web.php also has versions of these drivers, but you have to hunt for a stable archive to download from . . . Quickvideo WeeCam Version 1.26 For Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 NOTE Before installing these new drivers you'll need to uninstall the version that was installed from the CD. These weeCam parallel port drivers are not interchangeable and will not work with any of the other Alaris Quickvideo capture devices. You will need 3 files weecam126(1).exe (disk #1) weecam126(2).exe (disk #2) weecam126(3).exe (disk #3) After these files are downloaded to your computer system, extract each file to a separate diskette (three diskettes needed) and run setup.exe from disk #1 or extract to the default folders C \Windows\Temp and run the setup.exe file from there. Quickvideo WeeCam User Guide (PDF Format) To read this file you will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.01 or higher on your computer, you can download the Reader from the Adobe Web-Site.
