1. Unplug the camera.
2. Download the USB 1.70.exe drivers to the desktop.
3. Locate the USB 1.70.exe driver and double click on it to install. Once finished installing, restart the system.
4. When Windows boots up, plug in the camera.
5. The camera should now be operational.
