Welcome to missing Win98CD Hell. I came here after I had this file missing for my D-Link USB web cam. I downloaded about 4 programs before I found a useful self-extracting file with about 14 files. Oddly enough, I has all these missing in that exact order. So if your next missing file is a ks*.ax file, save yourself some trouble and go to Alaris' web page.They make web cams also. system.exe file contains
