Conexant CP115 Driver. This is the nuts-and-bolts of the CD. I have used it extensivly. I do see that a lot of people have been looking for this driver for XP, so I felt the need of uploading it. Just point the 'Unknown' USB Device to the extracted folder. It's that easy!
